Changing Your Screen Resolution

If your user report has indicated that your screen resolution is below the optimal level, please refer to the following instructions.

PC - Windows
Minimise all windows so Desktop appears. Right-click mouse over desktop and click on the "Settings" tab.(NOTE: Make sure your cursor has not been placed above an icon or you will be given a different set of options.) Set your screen resolution to 1024 x 768 and click "Apply."
Mac OS X
Go to Apple --> Control Panels --> Monitor. Chose Monitor and then 1024 x768.
Mac OS 9 and under
Go to Apple --> System Preferences. Chose Displays and then 1024 x768
